To ZOOM or NOT TO ZOOM… we have you covered
If you wish to conduct your deposition remotely, LVS can set up or join your scheduled conference seamlessly. Our videographers will record your Zoom witness in the proper format and time code, so there will not be a problem when needed for your case or software synchronization. Only the on-record testimony will be recorded.
If an in-person deposition will better suit your needs, we offer our large conference center to one deposition at a time. All participants are distanced according to COVID-19 recommendations. Face masks, hand sanitizers and private hand washing area are provided. The entire office is locked down during your deposition and only participant entrance and egress is allowed.
The facility is sanitized after each deposition. Complimentary parking, beverages and snacks provided. Lunch may be ordered and delivered to LVS for you also.
All LVS videographers who attend depositions at firms are always masked and conform to all rules required at their deposition.
